The typeface selection combo-box on the Formatting toolbar has a visual
indication when a typeface is missing (italic font, orange frame, warning
triangle).
However, if we enter the name of a missing typeface in:
* Format > Character...
* The Character Style dialog
* The Paragraph Style dialog
* (elsewhere?)
there is no such indication. I believe that some indication - the same kind or
different - should be visible in these cases as well.
