Recovery-related items of the user's registrymodifications.xcu

At the time of the hang the user's xcu contained ONLY RecoveryInfo/Crashed=true
(and RecoveryInfo/SessionData=false). No RecoveryList/replace entries were
present — the deadlock does not require them, only the Crashed flag plus the
extension's OnStartApp path.
