I tested it with LibreOffice 26.2.6 RC and 26.2.8 RC, and the issue is reproducible in both versions. When exporting the same document containing Japanese text to PDF, the PDF generated on Linux introduces additional vertical spacing and/or line breaks after paragraphs containing Japanese text compared to the PDF generated on Windows. As a result, the Linux PDF output differs from the Windows PDF output and shows reduced document fidelity. Please find the additional sample file, screenshot and exported PDF files.
