Example file from Writer
When a table in Writer has some paragraphs formatted with the Table Heading
style, the PDF/UA export marks them as TH items.
If a paragraph is formatted with another style derived from Table Heading, the
PDF/UA export does not mark them as TH items.
1. Open attached example file
2. Export as PDF with the PDF/UA option enabled
3. Open the resulting file in the PAC tool
-> the paragraphs with Table Heading style are marked as TH, but the derived
red row headers (letters b) are not
