            Bug ID: 173189
Summary: Make the default value empty or pre-selected in Column
                    Width / Row Height dialogs
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 25.2.1.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Currently, when opening the "Column Width" or "Row Height" dialog in Calc, the
current size is displayed as a plain text. Users have to manually delete the
numbers before typing a new value. It would be much better if the default value
is either empty or fully pre-selected (highlighted), so that users can
immediately type a new size without hitting Backspace or Delete.

Actual Results:
When the Column Width (or Row Height) dialog is opened, the current width value
is automatically entered into the input field.

Expected Results:
The input field in the Column Width (or Row Height) dialog should be empty by
default, allowing the user to type a new value immediately without needing to
delete existing text.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Leaving the field empty reduces the user's workload, as they can immediately
type the desired width without accidentally overwriting or manually clearing
the existing value.
