Description:
In Writer, when inserting a section with multiple columns, the default column
gap is approximately ten times wider than expected only when the measurement
unit is set to "pt".
With all other measurement units, the default gap is equivalent to 5 mm.
However, when using "pt", the default value is 141.7 pt.
Since 141.7 pt is approximately 50 mm, while 5 mm is 14.17 pt, the default gap
is about ten times larger than expected.
Since only "pt" is affected and conversions between all other measurement units
appear to be correct, this suggests that the conversion used specifically for
"pt" may be incorrect.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Menu -> Tools -> Options.
2. LibreOffice Writer -> General -> Settings.
3. Select "pt" (or another measurement unit), then click OK.
4. Open Menu -> Insert -> Section.
5. On the Columns tab, under Settings, increase the number of columns.
6. Under Width and Spacing, check the value of Spacing.
Actual Results:
With "pt", the default gap is 141.7 pt (approximately 50 mm).
With all other measurement units, the default gap is equivalent to 5 mm (for
example, 0.50 cm, 4.99 mm, or 0.20").
Expected Results:
The default gap should also be equivalent to 5 mm when the measurement unit is
set to "pt" (14.17 pt).
