You can have the upper area of the same web page on one window, while the second window shows you the lower area of the same web page. You can extend the idea to one website (i.e. 2 different web pages of the same web site). And the same is true for any file, of any type. I don't even understand what you mean. Have you actually tried it? This is perhaps one of the oldest features available since there is GUI spreadsheet tools. Two different worksheets of the same workbook, in two different windows, having them open simultaneously. Such ".uno" command would be available for keyboard shortcut customization (if at all possible, which I am not sure there is such possibility in Calc).
