Checked with other software that allows selection of pages (Softmaker Presentation, PDF X-Change) and they also use an option in the export dialog. The context menu to me makes more sense, though it would be a question of whether it is a worthwhile addition to the context menu given that it is probably not a very frequent action (probably more useful than "navigation").
