Writer 26.2.2.2 pasted link provided by copying Firefox tab
Firefox v150 gained ability to copy multiple tabs from their context menu and
to paste them as HTML or plain text.
https://www.firefox.com/en-US/firefox/150.0/releasenotes/#:~:text=Share,reading
So, after copying tabs from FF and pasting them in Writer it hangs and then
enforce "section dialog",but HTML couldn't get pasted. Ironically it does
paste properly in e.g. LO Calc or Impress.
This is the clipboard output of a two tabs pasted in Writer:
wl-paste -t 'text/html'
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><A
HREF="https://www.libreoffice.org/donate/">Donate — LibreOffice</A><BR>
<A HREF="https://www.libreoffice.org/download/">Download — LibreOffice</A>
When copied from within Firefox page, links always paste properly in Writer. I
tried Fedora Kinoite, to see if there is any difference. They run Version:
26.2.2.2, and after pasting a HTML link, the whole web page gets pasted, see
attachment.
