Could not reproduce the issue.

When entering a value not present in the defined list (e.g. "test5"),
LibreOffice shows a validation error ("Invalid value"), but editing other cells
works normally.

No blocking behavior observed.

Additional info:
Tested with a simple list created via Data → Validity → List.

Need more detailed steps or sample document.
