We have an issue now on the sm Elements Sidebar deck with addition of RTL
support and specific Arabic and Persian and now N'ko and Adlam notation.
On both the Functions and the Operators content panels, the panel height is now
taller and when scroll bars are activated, responding to the app frame height,
the 'General Function' and 'General Operator' patterns are being hidden--scroll
of the content panel does not expose the bottom of the panel, so the General
element patterns are not showing.
