--- Comment #2 from LeroyG <[email protected]> ---
I added the button to the Standard toolbar.

If I write a formula in a cell, the button remains grayed out.

If I edit (F2) an empty cell and write there a formula, the button remains
grayed out.

If I paste a formula in a cell, the button remains grayed out.

If I edit (F2) a cell with a formula, the button is enabled; then I can accept
(Enter) or cancel (Esc) (no difference if Enter or Esc).
And the button remains enabled until I edit a cell without a formula.

A shortcut with the .unoConvertFormulaToValue command works in every instance.

Reproducible with:
Version: 25.2.7.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 5cbfd1ab6520636bb5f7b99185aa69bd7456825d
CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 10 X86_64 (10.0 build 17763); UI render:
Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: es-MX (es_AR); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
