Sample showing incorrect frame height expansion relative to paragraph

LO 25.8.5.2
Fedora 43 (Linux 6.18.16)
KDE Plasma desktop (Qt-based)

This is a follow-on for
https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/automate-frame-height/132951

The goal is to have a frame as high as its anchoring paragraph and to avoid to
- modify left or right indent in paragraph style to accommodate the frame
- change explicitly frame height

Frame height expansion is requested by setting its height to 100% of entire
paragraph area in the frame style.

Unfortunately, height computation is faulty and ends up with page height minus
top and bottom margins.

Attached sample file shows this incorrect behaviour with other examples for
comparison.
- usual frame insertion without height expansion
- incorrect expansion relative to paragraph height
- frame insertion relative to entire page

Expected result: frame height increased to paragraph height.

Suggested workaround: design a paragraph style with wider left or right indent
to avoid text/frame interaction.
