Suggested place for the "Allow row to break across pages and columns" property"

LibreOfficeDev has default settings in the following path:

Tools > Options > LibreOfficeDev Writer > Table.
(note that this option is not there in the stable version of LO)

It has new table defaults.

It would be great to have "Allow row to break across pages and columns" option
here.

Then the user can set his default option, so that he does not have to change it
every time. My tables often spill over page boundary, and I have to turn off
this option for practically every file.

I had made this suggestion last year (#163059), but the response was that LO
does not have table styles at all. They are paragraph styles.

But now the UI itself has "default table settings" options, so we need not
split hair about whether this property comes from paragraph style or table
style! :)
