I was on: Automatic (Colibre) I changed to: Breeze ... and the problem was still there. I changed to: Colibre (SVG) ... and: Breeze (SVG) ... and the problem was solved with both themes (the crop handles displayed correctly). One thing I noticed is that on: Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View ... it states `Skia is disabled'.
