Description:
After updating from ver 25.2.4 to ver 25.8.0.4 (X86_64):
Copying text using CTRL-C places brackets ( [ & ] ) around the copied text.
They do not print but save with the file and come back when reloaded.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Highlight text to be copied.
2. Press CTRL-C.
3.
Actual Results:
Copied text gets brackets ( [ & ] ) around the previously highlighted text.
For example:
around the previously
becomes
[around the previously]
Expected Results:
Not get brackets ( [ & ] ) around the previously highlighted text.
Reproducible: Always
