Description:
when opening with my iPhone an .XLS file stored on iCloud every time the "," of
an IF formula're changed in ";".
Pretty miserable
Steps to Reproduce:
1.store the .XLS file in iCloud
2.populate the file with IF functions
3.save the file
4. once opening again the file one , in the formula is changed in a ;

formula no longer working

formula no longer working
