Description:
In Impress, when printing a presentation as a handout, until now the following
procedure in the printing windows always worked :
- Selection of the Printer : "Microsoft Print to PDF"
- Document type : "handout" (in french "prospectus")
- Slide per page : "Depending on the layout" (in french "selon la mise en
page")
Now in version 25.2.5.2, the "depending on the layout" option is not respected
during the printing process. It takes some preset options and not the layout
options that were set in the presentation ("master handout", in french
"prospectus maître"). For exemple if the master handout set 3 slides per page,
the printing process will print 6 slides per page.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Print a presentation with multiple slides, with a master handout (prospectus
maître) with 3 slides per page.
2. Select the Printer : "Microsoft Print to PDF"
3. Select Document type : "handout" (in french "prospectus")
4. Choose Slide per page : "Depending on the layout" (in french "selon la mise
en page")
5. Print
Actual Results:
the "depending on the layout" option is not respected during the printing
process. It takes some preset options and not the layout options that were set
in the presentation ("master handout", in french "prospectus maître"). For
exemple, if the master handout set 3 slides per page, the printing process will
print 6 slides per page.
Expected Results:
It should have printed 3 slides per page as imposed by the layout of the master
handout. Number, Size and position of the slides in the page should be as
imposed by the handout master. It was always the case in versions 24 and
former.
