Description:
I created a document in Office Libre Writer & entered 3 fields in the footer,
"File name", "Date (fixed)" and "Page Number"
They do not resolve in Office Libre. however, if I open the document in Open
Office Writer, they show correctly.
I have followed suggestions in ChatGPT with following result:
That’s actually a known LibreOffice bug — specifically with File Name and Date
(fixed) — because LibreOffice doesn’t refresh certain document property–based
fields when the file is opened.
OpenOffice does a full property refresh automatically, LibreOffice doesn’t
unless you tell it to.
Page numbers are recalculated live (so they should show immediately), but File
Name and Date (fixed) depend on the document properties cache being updated.
Steps to Reproduce:

Shows the Field Descriptions Entered, but not the actual Fields
Expected Results:
Expected field to show as they do in Open Office Writer.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Software should have identified the field information such as a page number,
file name, & Date.
