            Bug ID: 167908
Summary: [FORMATTING] "Number" > "General" number format does
                    not align with Excel
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 25.2.5.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED

          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
In the "General" number format, Excel automatically converts very large numbers
to Exponential form.

When entering large numbers, LibreOffice "Number" > "General" format shows all
digits.

When importing XLSX and XLS files, LibreOffice converts Excel "General" to
LibreOffice "Number" > "General", resulting in different values

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Look at cell B2

Actual Results:
Cell B2 has value `5010996204004` and formatted text `5010996204004`

Expected Results:
Based on Excel, Cell B2 has value `5010996204004` and formatted text
`5.011E+12`

Reproducible: Always
