Description:
In the "General" number format, Excel automatically converts very large numbers
to Exponential form.
When entering large numbers, LibreOffice "Number" > "General" format shows all
digits.
When importing XLSX and XLS files, LibreOffice converts Excel "General" to
LibreOffice "Number" > "General", resulting in different values
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Look at cell B2
Actual Results:
Cell B2 has value `5010996204004` and formatted text `5010996204004`
Expected Results:
Based on Excel, Cell B2 has value `5010996204004` and formatted text
`5.011E+12`
Reproducible: Always
