Description:
When you have a liste of lines with bullets, should you wish to move one
upwards or downwards, the next line is appended to the one you just moved,
instead of acting like Word does (move line and CRLF).

1. create a list
2. add bullets
3. move one line
Actual Results:
moving a line with a bullet doesn't move the appended CRLF
Expected Results:
act as Word does
