Description:
Hi, I am trying to install Aarch64 on a new Microsoft Surface 11 Pro. It is an
ARM device with 64GB of RAM. When I attempt to install I get the error
"Installation package cannot be opened. Contact the application vendor to
verify it is a valid Windows installation package"
Snapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz (3.42 GHz)
Ram: 64.0 GB (63.5 GB usable)
Windows 11 Home
Version: 24H2
Windows is fully up to date
I have tried to re-download the file and run again. No change.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download installer
2. Click to run installer
3. Error will display "Installation package cannot be opened..."
Actual Results:
Install fails and quits. Windows never opens the installer.
Expected Results:
I expected to install the SW
