"Format Cells" dialog is too large.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new Calc.
2. Show "Format Cells.." Dialog [ Ctrl + 1 ].
Actual Results:
3. A large dialog appears.
Expected Results:
3. A dialog of the appropriate size appears.
Reproducible: Always
