Description:
It seems I have discovered a bug with Calc, and vlookup function.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.two tables with name and data
2.create vlookup from one table to other
3.copy down vlookup function

Actual Results:
if look up does not find the criterion after the first row the result returned
is the previous line above result, not #NA

Expected Results:
If name not in lookup range result should be #NA

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
I found this while sorting two data sources and was using IFNA but result were
not as expected and I found the fault was with vlookup result.

I created a simple sheet and recreated the error.\

I did just update to i thought 25.8 as I want the unique function.
