Horizontal scrollbar: use the bar for showing the 'used' range, and the arrows
to expand the sheet
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc
2. Press and hold left mouse click on horizontal scrollbar and drag it to the
right. The maximum you can scroll right depends on the size of the window. In
screencast AG
3. Release: scrollbar jumps to the middle again
Actual Results:
Scrollbar goes to the middle (which hard to asses the position with use range
Expected Results:
Use the end arrows to 'increase' the number of visible columns, similar to
Excel (2003). This give far more control of the scroll experience, IMHO
Reproducible: Always
