In both new and pre-existing writer ODT documents, the content and style
elements of a frame are not displayed. I have many files that have a frame
containing black text in parallel columns with a light blue background with no
border. In all previous releases of writer, these displayed as intended. With
the new release, just the frame outline with sizing handles display, all
content and style elements are blank. To test, I created a new ODT document and
then created a frame in it. I tried to add text, but to no avail. Same for
applying area color.
