            Bug ID: 167606
Summary: Change the border thickness of the cells is not
                    working
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
I am selecting cells, Ctrl+1 and I change the border thickness. Ok -> Nothing
happens.
I am struggling with various options in the border selection figure in the
Format Cells dialog (Ctrl+1), but it never works, the border thickness stays
the same. It is common sense to expect cell border change if these are inside a
selection. No, I cant select individual cells since there are hundreds, with
very complex border patterns, selecting every cell one-by-one takes days.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a spreadsheet with applied borders
2. Select all
3. Ctrl+1 -> Change the border thickness
4. Ok

Actual Results:
Nothing happens, the border thickness remains the same regardless of what the
user does. If there is a hidden or cumbersome way to change the borders at
once, it is a problem, because it is not intuitive enough by default.

Expected Results:
Anything changed in the Format Cells dialog must reflect inside the selection.
This a very basic and elementary expectation from any software.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
