No means to drag and undock of course, requires the <Ctrl><Shfit><F10> to toggle undocked/docked. But once undocked, the drop target for the sm 'Command Window' is present on the bottom edge (2px - 3px) of the page preview app frame in Writer, or if directly in the sm Formula 'Preview Window' area. On mouseover of the drop target, the docking location (light transparent rectangle outline) will show during drag of the Command Window.
