[Bug 121130] markers.png generated from markers.svg is 118x93 instead of 117x92 and therefore markers don't fit

The generated "markers.png" file has still the wrong size. Tested in
Version: 25.2.4.3 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 33e196637044ead23f5c3226cde09b47731f7e27
CPU threads: 32; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (10.0 build 26100); UI render:
Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-US

It is not about the files shipped with LibreOffice. But the problem is, if you
set your icon-theme to a SVG-variant, then a "markers.png" file is generated in
the "cache" folder in the installation folder of the PC of the user. This file
is generated while using LibreOffice. It does not belong to any icon-theme. So
the question is, where is the part in the code that is responsible for
generating this file.
