Formatting lost after undo of rejecting track changes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 201457 bug 167195
2. Edit -> Track Changes -> Manage -> Reject all
3. Close the dialog
4. CTRL+Z
Actual Results:
Heading 1 style lost
Expected Results:
Undo should restore heading
Reproducible: Always
