Example file from Word 2016
Attached DOCX document has two page break deletions recorded, and the second
tracked change is lost when opened in Writer.
1. In Word, add a page break at the end of a paragraph with text
2. Enable change tracking
3. Position the cursor to the end of the paragraph with the break and press
Backspace
-> deletion of the page break gets recorded
4. Save the file as DOCX, reopen in Writer
-> the tracked change with the page break is lost.

second. There is another issue with the first, which will be a separate report.
also in 7.0, 6.0, 5.0, 4.0 (differently bad, as it add an empty para deletion
at the end)
