To reproduce:
1. Open a document with headers and switch to Web View.
2. Select navigator in sidebar.
3. Select a header, so the document will jump to that specific location (header
is selected)
4. Close the Sidebar. Document will jump to another location.
Placing the cursor to the selected header does not have any influence.
Opening navigator window via keyboard (F5), and jumping to a specific header
will preserve location after closing the window.
