Neither skia/Vulkan nor skia/Raster rendering. And even CPU only, or CPU with HA is smooth although the movment of active row indicator leads the cell border draw a bit more noticeably non-skia. But this is on a recent dGPU hw, with current skia and Vulkan API support.
