Description:
Lebre office does not remember my setting it as the default to open a ODT file.
It prompts me to do this each time I start it, I have made this setting and it
shows as such in Windows 11...
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just start LibreOffice

Actual Results:
LibreOffice seems to work if I click on cancel in popup, if I click ok it goes
to the windows dialog for changing the default
Expected Results:
it should recogize the setting has been made
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
