Description:
I print the text symbol Unicode Character ’ (U+2019) - button with symbols ]}
in the English layout. Instead, the symbol Unicode Character “ (U+201C) is
printed. It should look like this image from Wikipedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_single_quotation_mark. Link to the
Belarusian alphabet (last character)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belarusian_alphabet.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.If the Belarusian keyboard layout is installed, simply type this symbol. The
] } key.
