Description:
I cannot get the horizontal scrollbars to appear in Writer. The option is
selected in the menu, but whether selected or de-selected, the scrollbar does
not appear, nor with re-starting the program, nor with hiding the status bar or
re-enabling the status bar. The vertical scrollbar shows up well.
I am using the high-contrast dark theme with "Colibri (automatic)" on a
system-wide high-contrast theme in Windows 10. Device Name WINDOWS-J6SHGET
