Description:
After resetting my settings to the default in LibreOffice Calc, I noticed that
the cell borders appear much thicker than before. I'm also unable to change the
width or thickness of the borders as shown in the attached video.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reset settings to default via safe mode menu.

2. Attempt to change the width or thickness of the borders using the border
settings menu.

3. Notice that the changes do not apply to the selected cells.

Actual Results:
No changes to border thickness are applied when adjusting the settings.

Expected Results:
Cchanging the border thickness should apply the changes as expected.
