Description:
You can see the before and after in the two sample files. It looked good while
I was editing the before document but when I saved my edits with track changes
turned on in .DOCX format, then re-opened the document, the page number line of
the footer was merged into the lower line in the footer.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.edit the before document with track changes turned on
2.save the document as a .DOCX
3.open the document you just save and see that the page number is in the wrong
line of the footer, inside the other lower footer line
Actual Results:
the page number is in the wrong line of the footer, inside the other lower
footer line
Expected Results:
The page number should be as it was in the before document, on a line above the
copyright line
