            Bug ID: 163438
Summary: format font and paragraph styles of all comments
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.8.2.1 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: oliver.bren...@inrae.fr

I recently had to work on text documents (mainly docx but also odt), that had
gone through editing by many people and I had to realise that regularly
comments were written in different formats : different font sizes, but also
different line spacings and even indents. I was even astonished that
indentation could be changed in a comment, but it seems possible, also in
Libreoffice.
The problem is that when there are many comments on a page, even though version
24.8.2.1 allows now increasing the the comments size to the right (thanks very
much, that's great), if the font is in a large size and has an increased line
spacing, it is not readable.
It therefore would be great if there would be a way to readjust the font size
and paragraph formatting of all comments, from all commenters, at the same
time. Like selecting the whole main text and changing its font size, but
selecting just all the text of all comments.
I have searched on the web for a solution, have found a few discussion in
forums around this topic, but I have not found a way to do this. Except
clicking into each comment, and changing it.
Thanks for considering if this is an improvement.

Cheers

Oliver
