Description:
Using librecalc when trying to merge 2 cells, both with content, the merge cell
dialog should open to give the options how to merge the cells.
The dialog is not opening and the merge is not done, nothing is done !
This worked for me before, why do existing simple features stop working or
change the way they worked. Could not find anything on the internet about this
issue !

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put "a" in cell A1
2. put "b" in cell A2
3. Merge cell A1 en A2
=> Nothing happens !

Actual Results:
Nothing

Expected Results:
Merge of cell A1 and A2, containing the content of A1 and A2
