But now I have deeper insight:
All three paragraphs have PS "Default Paragraph Style". This style uses the
setting "Allow to split paragraph". Deselection of that setting and option
"Keep with next paragraph" is direct formatting of the paragraph.
If you press return, new paragraph only has PS without direct formatting. So
that is the bug.
