OK, nothing wrong there with those clips.

Checking specs, your Huawei Matebook D15 display is 1920x1080 FHD in a 15.1"
formfactor, so that should be about a 145ppi resolution. While 92ppi is the
nominal 24" desktop display at the same FHD, same graphics will appear larger.

At 100% scaling, things will just be *too small* at display resolution. While
scaling up would need to push the 200% range to be at a comfortable size. But
you'd need to shift to the SVG flavor icon themes to avoid pixilation.

So, an alternative to scaling the DE (resampling the UI elements larger onto
display pixels) is to reduce the display resolution the os/DE is working with.
Maybe try setting display to a 1600 x 900, that would bring the UI in at
~122ppi. Done from the same Windows Settings -> Display panel you use for
Scaling.
