To test if this is the cause, trying your LibreOffice user profile folder using the following steps. This will cause LibreOffice to launch with only default settings: 1. Go to the Finder and select the Go > Go to Folder... menu item 2. Paste the following path into the text field in the dialog that appears and press enter: ~/Library/Application Support/LibreOffice/4/user 3. The Finder should should the "user" folder.
