OK. Now I have quite a bit code to look at. I wasn't really sure how the 
mapping between a device and endpoints really works.

In essence, this is pretty basic as the connection between the 
programmer and the FPGA is only RX and TX, there isn't that much that I 
can change.

As a bare mininum, I just need "read","write" and "enable/disable". 
That's it.
