Yes this does in fact break RHEL 7 (ocaml 4.05). However hivex was already broken on RHEL 7 because of a mismatch with the GNU gettext version. Also hivex is a package that we rarely need to touch and RHEL 7 is going out of support. So I think we're fine here.
