I love lftp and use it all the time.
I have an idea for an enhancement, which is similar to a feature you already have.
The current feature is 'pget' which seems to use multiple ftp connections to get bits of a single file, and then recombine them.
My idea is to do a similar thing with ftp mirrors. Many ftp servers are mirrored around the world. It would be great if lftp could do a 'pget', but instead of using the same server, get the bits from different servers.
Perhaps this can already be done somehow...
