lftp BUG: argv sensitive info visible in ps..

Hi!

When running lftp ftp://user:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/path (or the like), the user 
would not expect the password to be visible when you run ps..

Is this easy to fix, perhaps extending the ArgV-class?
