 - sorry, I meant the zipped per-month archives; so that one can dwnld them 
"once'n'for-all" and read offline.

Would it be feasible for such zips to be available via emailed mailing-list 
commands (in the usual/old ways), to registered users that meet certain 
criteria 
(e.g. how long been registered, perhaps min number of posts [although that 
could 
engender quota-filling noise], etc) - the criteria being used to try to avoid 
harvesting &c.
