Device Drivers  --->
  Generic Driver Options  --->
     Maintain a devtmpfs filesystem to mount at /dev

I'm really sorry about that.
If I want to re-compile "linux-3.8.1" directory, should I do --> 'make 
mrproper" again? 
if yess I think it means I have to start again from beginning for kernel 
configuration.
