I am using the SVN-20130401 the "All fools" version.

I have built a completely new system using this version upon booting it
has a huge delay when booting.
It stops/delays at the populating dev which I take as waiting for udev
to do its work.

Since reverting to the udev-198 build from version 7.3 and rebuilding
the complete system the boot delay is gone.

I am using kms so perhaps that is what has triggered the boot delay. As
far as I can tell any udev version before udev-200 doesn't cause the delay.

Anyone seen this?
